Atkin presiding, the following aldermen and officials being present= Aldermen --J. H. Compton, Fred C. smith, A. IT. Predericson, Kennie-Vilcox, Jr, Other officials, Lee C. Black, coty msnager, A. S. Mahan, Asst.'city msnager; W, H. Nunn, city attorney; A. D. Pickle, chief of police; J, Frank Clark, health officer; T.T. L. Cates, secretary. On motion of Aid. 77ilcox, seconded by Aid. Compton the minutes of the previous session were.spproved, Mayor Atkin reappointed all standing committee members fo the previous year, to serve the ensuing year, -nd Ald. Kennie 'Vilcox, Jr., was ep pointea to serve as mayor protem. On motion of Aid. F. 1% Fredericson, seconded by Ald. F. a. Smith, the appointments were confirmed. Manager Lee g. 31ack read his m6nthly-reporti.including the reports of ehief of Police, City Treasurer, and Mr; —Comer of the Bounty Health Unit. Also the'bills amounting to 1376.46. On motion of Aid. Smith, seconded by Aid. Compton, the reports were orderea filed and the veeounts paid.
