T; Atkin pre -sided and the following were presents Ild'Krmen: J. H. Compton, F. K. Frederieson, Kennie Wilcox# j'r., X. C. Smith. City Manager Zee C. Black; C. S. Sanders, Assessor - Collector; City Health Officer J. Frank Clark; Ckti0f of Police A. P. Fickle; M. L. Cates, Secretary. Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved on motion of Alderman ^. K. �,re_"ericson, seconded by Aldo J. H. Compton. Report of City Manager Lee C. Black for the month'of Februsxy, including the usual offieres' reports•Pnd bills and accounts we.s read. The bills amounted to $320.68; -inn motion by Aldo Compton, seconded by Aldo Fredericson the reports were received and filed and bills ordered paid. Report of Mr. Comer, of the Health Unit for the year of 1952 was read. Aldo Compton made a motion that the Council extend to Air. Comer its appreciation on the splendid work he has done -and the report was approved and filed. Aldo Fredericson moved -that the Council accept the dedication' of a street to the City in the San Josea Addition by Yr. CrowIf et al. 'The motion was seconded by Aldo Smith and passed unani- mously. The Council approved the appointment of lessers Joe Davis and Claud Eads as audting committee for the year 1952, as suggested by the I+.Teyor. On motion of Aldo F. C. Smith, seconded by Aldo F. K. Fredericson, hathorizing the sale of two of the 2©x100 -foot Apa.rtmltat Barracks now located new Southwestern University, on open bid, -that the other to barrakks',becInsdd re the Council may later determine. The committee in charge is Fredericson and Compton. Passed unanimously.
