City Council met in ret-ula.r monthly session. The f^Mowing were present:

A committee of eitizemns remiding om Rpst 13th Street were present and
reauested thst the city have their street paved. This was discussed and
referred to the Street Pnd Bridge Committee s.nd City Manager Black for
fiction.
Letter from the State Highway DepF.rtment regarding Making A "Freeway"
of U. S. Hirhray 81, was read and referred to Street and Bridge Committee
for study.

Council diseuseed threatened 1m'w suit of Yr. Kirby. The committee reported
not ready to give final rerort.
Auditing'Committee for 1952 Frere not ready to rerort on the recently
vurfewted ups 8f C.P.A. Rudit.
City manager reported both new wells cut into the ws.ter system. Both wells
will produce about 15,01% RPllons per minute.
