At a Called session of the City Council on the above date, at which
Ifryor C. S. Griffith presided, and the following Alderman were presen;
J. T. Atkin, E.K.Frederieson, Fred C. Smith, Kennie 'gilcox, Jr.
A. Co Roodfin, also City If?nager Lee C. Black and L. G. Glover of the
city and Yr. Alcitore who represented Layne Texas Co., a, motion was
made by Aldo Fred. C. Smith, seconded by Aldo Woodfin, authorizing
a contract be made for water well No. 2 completed as per specifications
named in contract, for the amount of $11,931.00, which motion was
carried by unanimous vote.
There occurring no further business the Council adjourned.
