The City Council met in called session on Yarch 179 1952,
Vayor C. S. Griffith presided, the following Aldermen were present:
J. T. Atkin, E. K. Frederieson, A. C. IPoodfin, Fred C. Smith ,
Kennie Wilcox and City Manager Zee C, 731sek. Atty, Nunn.
A motion was made by -Ald. Smith, secondedt by Ald. A. C.' Toodfin,
Authorizing the purchase of 2000 feet of 5 -inch: 1000 feet of 8 -inch
pipe, and necessary valves and fittings, from Huntsville at the'price
of 21.25 for the 6 -inch and $1--511 for the 8 -inch; valves at ;25.00
each; the 8 -inch valued at one-half of list price, and the fittings
valued at two-thirds of list price.
The motion was carried unanimously.
There occurring no further business
