City Manager Black reed his mobthly report, including the officers' Ri-rr) Reuorts and theobille amountine to§575.30. Onmotion of Aldermen Fred ericssson, secondod by Ald. Toodfin, mere received and the bills ordered Paid. A motion wasp mad4 by Ald. F. C. Smith, seconded by Ald. Tilcox, that the Mayor spnoint a eomr�ittee to study the Plumbing; CTdinsnce and retort with recommendations to the Council. The Committee: M na.r►er Lee C. Black , Lamar Sweden and T. B. Caskey. The Auinr Committee's Report for 1950 rpm read, and on motion of Ald. Atkin, seconded by Ald.Toodfin, errs received and filed, and the com- mittee di4chargred. A motion was made by A. C.
