A motion was duly prefiente(', sesonded and passed, a.uthorizinv; the printing of pamphlets, Balling attention of the citizens of the city to the im- potanee of conserving water; and requesting that they 000pera.te in the use of water on their lawns, as follows: All persons zA living 'Vest of Chureh Street are to water on Tuesday and "rid^y of each week; those on the East Side of Church Street should nater on Monday and Thurnday of each week.
