On motion of Aldo A. C. ':7oodfin, seconded by Aldo P. C. Smith, the
Vayor was authorized to sign the following contrast for the mainte-
nanse of the County Health unit in Georgetown and '7illiamson County:
"Agreement between The City of Georgetown and the 'Villiamson
Coutty Health Unit.
"The City of Georgetown hereby agrees to pay into the Fund of the -
Williamson County Health Unit, the amount of 02200.009 to be paid
in 12 Payments. This amount is for the fiscal year July let,
1951 -June the 30th, 1952, and Will be paid directly to i`r. H. A.
Hodges, County Auditor.

Assistant City Manager Eads Read the Yonthly Report of the City Ilan
ager, including the usual officers reports and the bills and accounts.
On Votion of Aldo FrOderieson , seconded by Ald Atkin, the reports
were received, and all accounts ordered paid. '"he Accounts amounted
$416.74.
Alderman Atkin made a motion th,,�t "that the City Manager be authorized
to extend a six-ineh water main, north on Rook Street, to city limits
or any other route which will serve the eity, to South San Gabriel. An
extension across South San Gabriel to North bank to sonneet any cus-
tomer that may be profitable to City, is also hereby authorized. The
motion was sesonded by'Ald. E. K. Frederisson , and was duly passed
without a dissenting vote.
The following committees , and other appointments were made by Zlayor
Griffith, which were unanimously confirmed by the Council:
Street and Rridge--A. C. Toodfin, Kennie Tilsox.
Utilities, --Atkin and Frederieson.
Parks and Airport--^rederieson and Atkin.
Police and Fire --;smith and 'Qilsox.
Tax, Revenue & Aseounts--Smith and Frederisson.
Ordinance Committteeman--Atkin.
Special on rublie HeQ.lth and Sanitation --Smith and 'yoodfin.
Vayor Protem--E. K. ',rederieks&n.
Health Physician-- '"alter S. Partin.
Attorney for the City, "V. H. "Tunn.
Ordinanee Committeeman Atkin presented an ordinance, the Caption
of which follows: "An Ordinance of the City of Georgetown, Texas,
fixing the monthly rates to be charged by the SouthwesternStates
Telephone Company, its suesessors and assigns, for the losal
telephone serviees, in the City of Georgetown, Texas." and the
aforesaid committeeman, Aldo J. T. Atkin, moved the same be read
in full. The motion was seconded by Aldo A. C. 7oodfin, and was
passed, the following being the vote: Ayes, Atkin, Frederisson,
Smith, ',Voodfin, Tilsox. Noes, none. (See Ordinanee iv recorded in
the City ordinance book.)_
There occurring no further business the Council adjourned.
