January 8th, 1951
The City Council met in regular session on the sabove'date,
Meyor C. S. Griffith presiding, the following n1darman And
officers were present: Aldermen: T. T. Atkin,?,. K. Fredericson,
C. C. Hamilton, F. C. Smith, and A. C. Toodfin. Officers:
A. P. Pickle, marshalt Y. L. Cates, secretary. Attorney for
the City 'V. Ti. Vunn and Lee C. Blank, city manager.
Minutes of the previous meetints were read and on notion'of
Alderman 3. T. Atkin, seconded by Alderman ;, K. Fredericson
were approved.
City Manager Ilack read his monthly report, including the usual
nfficers reports Pnd rthe"btlls and accounts in the amount of
X310.07, which amount was ordered "paid, and the reports re-
ceived and filed on motion of Alderman Atkin , seconded by Alder-
man Hamilton.
A motion was made by Alderman C. C. Hamilton, seconded'by Alderman
F. C. Smith, that the Georgetown Grammar School be given the use of
the City Park 10A playground privileges. The motion carried.
There occuring no further business the Council Adjourned.
