Griffith preaiing, the following were present: Aldermen: J. T. Atkin, C. C. JTFLMilton, F. Y. Frederic song F. C. Smith, and A. C. Toodfin, City ?'lanager Lee C. Black, W. H. ',Iunx, attorxey o for the city; A. P. Pickle, City r.�nrshell; I% L. Cates, Secretary. On motion of Aldermai A. C. Woodfin, seconded by Alderman E.' K. Frederieson the minutes of all previous meetings were approved. City Manager Lee C. Bleck reed his monthly report, and the reports of other officials, also the accounts which amounted to 0402. 04. Ox the motion of AldermAx ^. C. Smith, seconded by Alderman E. X. rrederiesov the report was received for filing and the accounts ordered paid. Ox motion of-Aldermn.ln Hamilton, seconded by Ald. Smith, the City manager was authorized to trnRaferr$3,500 from the Utility Fund to the Special Utility Fund. Alderman C. C. T?-emilton move that the resigxiatiox be accepted, and that 1`r. L. E. (Doc) ?'a.y Be apointed to fill the unexpired term. The motion was seconded by Aldermen F. C.
