The City Counc.)1 met in regular monthly session on the 'above date,
bsayor C. S. Griffith presiding, the following were presents City .
Manager Lee C Black, Aldermens 3. T. Atkin, -C, C. Hamilton, E. K,
Fredericson, A. C. Toodfin, 1red C. Smith.'Officers: '7. H. Nunn, -at
torney for the City, A. P. Pickle, Marshal, M. L. Cates, secretary.
The Minutes of the last Yeetings were read. end on motion of Ald.
Smith, seconded by Ald. Atkin were approved
Report of Manager Black was read,'It a%am included the reports of
city treasurer and'eity marshal, also the bills and'accountis in "
the amount of $575,11. On motion of Ald. Smith, sec. by-Ald. Wood[fin
the report was received and filed and all accounts ordered paid.
Alderman Atkin made a motion that the City N-nager purchase $49440.00
Goverment bonds from the funds of tke utilities.
A Motion was made by Ald. gederieson, seconded by Ald.'Hom"zlton,
Authorizing the City Manager sign tke contract with Mbe Adam*I'P s
