The City Council Met in Called Session on the above date, Mayor C. S.
Griffith, presiding, withn a ghorum of the alderman present, and
City Manager Lee C. Black present:
The purpose of the meeting was to open the bids retbthltted-by- tine
Otorgetowti'Automobile dealers, on a new pick-up, which were an follows:
Treuthart Motors, .........$1050.00
Compton Chrevrolet co.,.. $1097.60
Freund Motor Cc........... $118P.14
I. G. Lord & Co........... $1079.00
The above bids indicate that The Treutkart Motors was the lowest
bidder, therefore it was moved by Alderman J. T. Atkin that tke
Council accept their bid and' purohase the pickup from them.
The jmotion was seconded by Aldo C. C. Hamilton and was carried
without a dissenting vote.
There occuring no further business the Council adjourned.
