Griffith presiding, the following aldermen and off "vials being present: Aldermen: Atkin, Hamilton, iiarris, Hoffman end Smith. Zee C. Black, City Manager, A. P. Pickle, marshal; Y. L. Cates, Secretary, The Sanitary 9or Garbage) Ordina.eee was presented for its second reading by Ord. Committeeman Atkin, who moved that it be read and passed to its Iki third reeding. The motion was seconded by Ald. Sam E. Harris, and passed to its third reading by the following vote; Ayes: Atkin, Hamilton, Hoffman, Harris, Smith. ?does. None. Ald. Atkin then made a motion that on account of the ordinance contain- ing an emergency clause therein, that the usual rules for passing Or- dinances be suspended, and the said ordinance be read by caption and finally passed. The motion was seconded by Ald. Sam F. Harris, and the ordinance was read by caption. The motion was passed by the follow- ing unanimous vote: Ayes: Atkin, Hamilton, Hoffman, Harris, Smith. The hayor declared the said ordinance duly and constitutionally passed.
