The City Council met in regular session on the above date, ?payor
C. S. Griffith presiding, the full -ging aldermen and officials .
being present; Aldermen: J. T. Atkin, "7. P. Hoffman, Jr., Sam Me
Harris. Lee C. '31ack City Manager. Officers: 7. H. Nunn, attorney
for the city: M. L. Cates, Secretary, AP P. Fickle, city marshal.
On Motion os Sam E. Farris, seconded by J. T. Atkin the minuest of
the rrevious meeting were approved.
Report of Yana,ger Lee C. "flack was read, including that of the City
Treasuere and City I'arshall and the bills and accounts. On motion
of Ald Koffman sec. by Ald Atkin, all bills and accounts were
ordered paid, and the re0orts were filed.
firdinance Committeeman, J. Thatcher Atkin presented a Franchise
Ordinance and moved that it be read: The same was read in full and
on motion of Ald Atkin, seconded by Alde=rman Harris the said
Ordinance was passed to its second reading, the following being
the vote: Ayes, Atkin, Hoffman, Harris. ?Noes none.
Ordinance Committeeman Presented an Ordinance controlling
the storage of liquified PetroleumGas within the city limits of
Georgetown, and moved it be read in full; The motion carried.
Said Ordinance was re -ad in full and Ald Atkin moe that the
same be passed to its second reeding. Ald "arris secinded the motion.

There occuring no further business the Council Adjourned.
