PASSED AND ADOPTED BY -THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN,
TEXAS .ON THE 8TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1975, BY -AMENDING SECTION 1 TO
REFER TO THE STANDARD MECHANICAL CODE, 1976 EDITION. -
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS.
Section 1 of the "Standard Mechanical Code Ordinance" is hereby amended to read as
follows:
Section 1. The Standard Mechanical Code, 1976 Edition; three (3) copies of which are on
file in the Office of the Clerk, is hereby adopted by reference, and incorporated as if set
out fully herein.
PASSED on the first reading this 14th day of July, 1976 and passed on the second and final
reading this 27th day of July, 1976.
