RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN,
TEXAS, ACCEPTING A DEED EXECUTED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY
OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF . GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, CONVEYING THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED
IN EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO, TO THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, WILL-
IAMSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AND AGREEING THAT SUCH PROPERTY SHALL BE
DEVOTED TO PUBLIC PURPOSES ONLY AND NO OTHERS.
WHEREAS, a Resolution was adopted on April 13, 1968, by the City Council of
the City of Georgetown, Texas, approving the Urban Renewal Plan; and .
WHEREAS, said Urban Renewal Plan calls for certain portions of land to be dedicated
to the public; and
WHEREAS, the property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto is a portion of
that property to be dedicated to the public; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, deems it advisable
to accept a deed executed by the Chairman and Secretary of the Board of Commissioners
of the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Georgetown, conveying such property
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, to the City of Georgetown, Williamson County
Texas; and to agree that such property shall be devoted to public purposes only and no
other; now therefore be it
RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN,
TEXAS:
That the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, does hereby accept a deed
executed by the Chairman and Secretary of the Board of Commissioners of the Urban
Renewal Agency of the City of Georgetown, Texas, conveying the property described
in Exhibit "A" to the City of Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas, such Exhibit "A"
being attached hereto and made a part hereof for all pertinent purposes; and does hereby
agree that such property shall be devoted to public purposes only and no other.
ADOPTED this 10th day of May, 1976.

FIELD NOTES FOR URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS
BEING a parcel or tract of land in the City of Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas, and being
out of and a part of Block 14, Rucker & Hodges Addition to said City, according to the official
map thereof.
BEGINNING at an iron stake found in the West boundary line hereof; said point bears S 03040'E,
65.06 feet from the original Northwest corner of the above referred to Block 14;
THENCE with the West boundary line hereof, S 03040'E, 92.83 feet and South, 52.07 feet to
the beginning of a curve to the left; the original Southwest corner of Block 14 bears S 18024'W,
32.00 feet from this point;
THENCE 23.56 feet along the arc of said curve to the left whose central angle is 900 and whose
radius is 15.00 feet long and whose long chord bears S 450E and is 21.21 feet long to the end
of said curve;
THENCE along the South boundary line hereof,' East, 109.97 feet to the beginning of a curve
to the left;
THENCE 23.56 feet along the arc of said curve to the left whose central angle is 900and whose
radius is 15.00 feet long and whose long chord bears S 450E and is 21.21 feet long to the end
of said curve;

THENCE 23.55 feet along the arc of said curve to the left whose central angle is 90003'
and whose radius is 14.99 feet long and whose long chord bears S 45001'W and is 21.20 feet
long to the end of sai d curve;
THENCE along the North boundary line hereof, S 89a57'W, 116.86 feet to the beginning
of a curve to the left;
THENCE 23.01 feet along the arc of said curve to the left whose central angle is 93037' and
whose radius is 14.08 feet long and whose long chord bears S 43009'1VW and is 20.53 feet long
to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, and containing 24,635 square feet.
