A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN,
TEXAS, APPROVING PRICE AND CONDITIONS OF BID BY WALLACE LUERSEN
ON LOT 1, BLOCK 7, CITY OF GEORGETOWN, WILLIAMSON COUNTY,
TEXAS (TO BE KNOWN AS A PART OF BLOCK 0, SOUTH SAN GABRIEL
URBAN RENEWAL ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, WILLIAMSON
COUNTY, TEXAS, AFTER RE -PLATTING).

WHEREAS, the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Georgetown, acting by and
through its executive director, has recommended acceptance of said bid; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds nothing objectionable concerning the price and
conditions of said bid as submitted, and the recommendation of the Executive Director
of Urban Renewal Agency; now therefore be it
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas:
That the price and conditions set forth in the above bid for the parcel listed are hereby
approved, subject, however, to formal approval to be furnished the City Council.
ADOPTED this 12th day of April, 1976.
