The Georgetown City Council will meet on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 for a Special Meeting at 3:00 PM at the Council
Chambers, at 101 East Th St., Georgetown, Texas

This is a Special Meeting of the City of Georgetown City Council
Mayor Ross, called the meeting to order at 300 PM. All Councilmembers were in attendance, with the exception of
Ty Gipson, Councilmember District 5. Mayor Ross, Anna Eby, Councilmember District 1, Valerie Nicholson,
Councilmember District 2, John Hesser, Councilmember District 3, Steve Fought, Councilmember District 4,
Rachael Jonrowe, Councilmember District 6, and Tommy Gonzalez, Councilmember District 7 were in attendance.

A. First Public Hearing for the Voluntary Annexation for an approximate 44.69—acre tract of land situated in
the Francis A. Hudson Survey, Abstract No. 295, Williamson County, Texas, a portion of Farm to Market Road
1460 (FM 1460), a right-of-way of varying width of record described to the State of Texas, generally located
at 2700 FM 1460, south of La Conterra Blvd, and north of Westinghouse Rd, to be known as the Keyes
Tract -- Nat Waggoner, Long Range Planning Manager
Nat Waggoner, the City's Long Range Planning Manager, spoke on the voluntary annexation of property to
be known as the Keyes Tract.
Mayor Ross read the caption.
Mayor Ross opened the Public Hearing at 3:05 PM. No persons had signed up to speak on Item A. Mayor
Ross closed the Public Hearing at 3:05 PM.
Motion by Fought, second by Gonzalez, to adjourn the meeting to begin the workshop meeting. Mayor Ross
adjourned the meeting at 3:07 PM.
