Stan Hohman spoke on this item to the Board, stating that the contract the City currently has in place is coming
to an end and it is time to renew. Stan explained some background on how the City has been handling the fuel
process over the years. Fuelman, the Company the City would like to renew with, offers individual pin numbers
for the fuel cards, online account managing, and weekly reports of all transactions to be able to check all pricing.
The City was able to negotiate the price below market value. The Board had no further questions.

was explained to the Board that the intention of the City is to phase out the external investment advising and to

needed the external help for the investment advising. The City maintains compliance with investments and has
money management strategies in place.
