of Georgetown Texas, incorporated under the general laws of the $tate
of Texas, acting herein by and through its Mayor, Go Co Hester,. duly
empowered and .41rsted so to act, under and by virtue of the rjsolu-
tion of the City Council attached hereto, does for and in copoideta-

hereby acknowledged, bargain, sell and convey and by these presents

Texas and being more particularly described as followst
Beginning at the N. W. Core of the said 12*7 acre tract, at
a, cedar fence post in the 8o line o2 the abandoned Georgetown A Liberty

acre tract to fence post on the No line of present State Highway No.

to the point of intersection of the No margin of_ said highway and the
