November 13, 1922.
-The regular monthly meeting -of the City Councio of the City of
Georgetown', Texas, was held on this date,,the following members being
present: , L'ayor L. J. nlmmitt, and Aldermen 'T. fI. Davin, ''7. • R. Mood,
D. K. 7ilcox,J. C." Godbey and 0.` V.I. Sherrill, Marshal C. ,T.` Brady,
Assessor and Collector S. A. Hodges, Health Officer Dr. John Martin,
and Secretary Geo. Keahey.
-H. V. Graves,' rsq. " was present and presented the case of hiss
Ftelka F'vans who fell sore tire ago on the sidewalk in frohr �of Mr.
7. G. Gillett's residence and broke her ankle.
Several'bclored citizens were present and.asked Council to grav
el some mono -of their sheets and furnis:i thein some more street
lights; which Council promised to do as soon as possible.
Minutes of the last regular meeting-', and of tho called meeting s
of G`ctober 10th and 16th; were read,- and on motion' of Alderman Mood
were approved.

Petition from numerous' citizeris of iTcrth Oeorgeto,%'n asking
Council for the installation of electric 11rht service•'in that part
of the city,.was read. On motion of Alderman Mood the matter was re-
ferred Vo the c'ate'r and Dight Committee. u
Monthly reports of Assessor and Collector Hodges, I Marshal Brady,
and Treasurer Faubton were 'read, 'and on motion of �AldermAYV Davis were
received and filed.
