The City Council met in regular session on the above date, Mayor
George C. Hester presiding, the following being present: City.
Manager Lee-cC. Black. Aldermen, J. Thatcher Atkin, C. C. Hamilton,
Sam E. Harris, and Sam E. Wilcox. Officers: A. P."Pickle,'Marshall;
W. H. Nunn, attorney for the city; Y. L. Gates, Secretary.
on motion of Alderman Harris, seconded by Aldo Atkin., -the minutes
of the prvious regular and called session of the Council were
approved.
Manager Lee C. -Black, read his monthly report, includimg reports of
city, marshall, tax assessor and collector) aity treasurer, also
bills and accounts in the amount of $486.619 plus an account to
be rendered by Attorney W. H. Nunn for legal services. On motion
of Aldo Harris, seconded by Aldo Wilcox, the reports of officers
were received and filed, and all biils were ordered paid.
Wt K. Meo Clain, Atty .for C. Y. Nolen was present and presented
a Resolution for his client,"authorizing the the_7filing for
record and the recording of of a map pf Nilen Addition to City of
Georgetown, Texas. On motion of Aldo Atkin,'seconded by Aldo
Harris, the same was reeorded as attached herein as Lxhibit"A"-
259.
There occuring no further business the Council Adjourned.
