The City Council met in an adjourned regular session on the above date
with Mayor George C. Hester presiding, All members of the Council
were present, and the following officials.: Lee C. Elaek,'city manager,
W. H. Nunn, Attorney for the City. V. L. Cates, secretary.
The following letter rigned by Mr. TOL+'. E. ':lard, Consulting Engineer
of Wichita Falls, Texas, which provides an Engineering Service Agreement
for a Sanitary Disposal Plant Agreement, was read, and was thoroughly
explained by the said As. "'card, who was present at this session:
On motion of Alderman Harris, seconded by Alderman Chastain, the
attached letter of agreement was agreed to, and the Vayor, George C. Hester
was authorized and directed to sign .the same.agreenentt
On motion of Alderman Hoffmann , seconded by A'_dprman Tilcox the Council
authorized the Mayor and City Manager 731ack to purchase, a Bulldozer,,
grader and ditching machine, according to plans as presented to the
Council during this session.
There occuring no further business the -Council adjourned.
