October 7th, 1946.
The City Council met in regular session on the above date, Mayor
Pro Tem J. R. Chastain presiding, the following were present:
Aldermen J. R. Chastain, C. C. Hamilton, `W. Hoffman, Jr., Sam
E. Harris and Sam E. Wilcox. Lee C. Hlack, City Manager. Officers:
A. -P. Pickle City Marshal, and M. L. Cates, Cityb Secretary.
The Minutes of the• preceding meeting of the City Council
occuring on Sept. s and Sept. 18th were approved on motion of Alderman
S. E. Wilcox. 9
On motion of Alderman T. r. Hoffman, Jr., all approved accounts
were ordered paid.
The report of Manager Lee C. Black was received and filed.
There occuring no further business, the Council Adjourned
to meet in adjourned session Otto r 14th, 1946.
