The City Council met in an adjourned called session on the above date
Mayor M. F. Smith presiding, the following Alermen present:'F. B.
Buchholz, J. R. Chastain, C. C. Hamilton, W. P. Hoffman, Jr., and 8.1')T,
Wilcox. Lee C. Blacks city manager.
The meeting was held for the purpose for obtaininh'housing through'the
F. P.
PP.l �H.- A.� to be placedn on the grouds of Southw.psterri, University.

sign the application o the F. P. H. A. for the housing project.
The motion was secoVded by Alderman Hamilton, and was carried by
unanimous vote.
A motion was made by Alderman S. E. Wilcox, and seconded by Alder -
C. C. Hamilton, authorizing the Mayor to write a letter to the State
Fire Insurance Coimnission at Austin, to ascertain if the erection
of resident property on Lot No. 52, woukdd areate a hazard and
raise the insurance rate on adjoining property owners.- The motion
carried by unanimous vote of the Council.
