The City Council met in regular session on the above date,
Mayor M. F. Smith, presiding, the following Aldermen and officials
being present:
Aldermen:
F, E, Buchholz, J. R. Chastain, and S. B. Tilcox.
B. H. Cruce, City Manager.
Officers: C. S. Sanders, Gity,.TutAssessor-Collector; A. P.
Pickle, marshal; M. L. Cates, secretary,
A Resolution was offered by Committeeman Chastain, conveying to
Mr. W. H. Nunn, eight acres of land off the the Municipal Airport
Tract, for the sum of $320.00 for which amount a check wasna,t-zied-
taches to said resolution. On motion of Alderman Chastain the reso-
lution was passed by unanimous vote of the Council.
0n motion od Alderman S. A. Wilcox all reports of officers were
received and filed.
There occuring no further business
