The City Council met in regular monthly session on the above date,
Mayor M. F. Smith presiding, the following being present; B. H. 6ruce
City managergAldermen, F. R. Chastain, C. C. Hamilton,
'N. H. Hoffman, Jr. and S. E. Wilcox, M, Z. Cates, city secretary,
A. P. Pickle# madshal.
On motion of Alderman Hoffman, the minutes were approved as read.
On Motion of Alderman Hamilton all approved accounts were ordered paid.
A motion was made by -Alderman C. C. Hamilton, and seconded by Alder-
man S. E. 'Vilcoxv authorizing Mayor Smith to purchase the Treuthardt
�ropertyadjacent to the city sewer disposal property, at the price of
99050.00 plus title expense. The motion was carried unanimously.
On motion of Alderman J. R. Chastain the Auditors report was received
and filed, and the committee be paid for their services $p25.00 each, and
discharged.
There being no further business tranactions the Council Adjorned.
