November 11th, 1942
The City Council met in rggular session on the above date,
Vayor VI., F. Smith presiding, the following aldermen and officers
were nresent: Aldermen: F. F. Buchholz, J. R. Chastain, C. C. Hem-
ilton, ;t. P. Hoffman, Jr. and Sam F. '7ilcox.
On motion of Alderman Chastain the minutes of the previous
meeting of the Council were aT)Drnved.
The bills and accounts were read by Alderman Wilcox, and on motion
of Alderman "7. P. Hoffman, Jr., all approved accounts were ordered
paid.
The report of Assessor and Collector Calvin S. Sanders was rPadf
and on ration of kldrrn�n C. C. "-milton, said report was received
and filed.
On motion of Alderman C. C. Hamilton, seconded by Alderman J. R.
Chastain the Council voted to cooperate with the State Boar -d of Mxxlk
Health in a Rat Extermination,campaigV for this vicinity.
There occurring no further business the Council adjourned)
