Tne City Council met in regular session on the above date, Mayor
M. F. Smith presiding, the following aldermen and officerswere
present: Aldermen; F. E. Buchholz, J. R. Chastain, C. Co damiltons
W. P. Hoffman, Jr., and S. E. Wilcox. Officers: Albert May, marshal;
W. H. Nunn, city attorney; C. S. Sanders, assessor and collector;
Me L. Cates Secretary, and R. E. Ward, manager of utilities.
On motion of S. Be Wilcox the minutes of the previous meetings
were approved.
On motion of C. C. Hamilton all approved accounts were ordered
paid: The following were the approved accounts of this date:
