The City Council of the City of Georgetowng Texas, met in regular
session on the above date, Mayor T.T. F. Smith presiding, the follow -
aldermen and officers beibg present: Aldermen: F. E. Buchholzp J. R.
Chastain, J'. C. Godbey, B. C. Hamilton and S. E. "rilcox. Officers:
IV. H. Nunn, city attorney; Co S. Sanders, assessor and collector;
Albert May marshal; and T.R. L. Cates, secretary; R. E. brd , manager
ofm Utilities.
On :notion of Alderman Chastain minutes ofnall prevuious meetings

On motion of Alderman J. C. Godbey all approved accounts were ordered
paid.
On motion of Alderman J. R. Chastaint secondeded by Alderman, J. C.
Godbey the Council granted the request of Superintendent Keith of
Georgetown High School requesting the use of the park benches, pro-
voded the benches be returned in good condition.
On motion of Alderman Godbey,
that the Council adjourned to
Tuesday nights September 16thp
