The City Council mett inregular session on the above date
Mayor M. F. Smith presiding, the following aldermen and officers
were ,present: Aldermen: F. Be Buchholz, J. R. Chastain, J.,C,
Godbey, S. Be Wileoxy Alderman Hamilton being absent on account
of Illness. Officers: W. H. Nunn, city attorney: C. S. Sanders
city tax assessor and collector: Albert May, marshal, M. L.
Cates Secretary and Manager of utilities R. Be Ward.
Minutes of the prvious meeting were approved on motion of
Alderman F. Be Buchholz.
On motion of Alderman J. C. Godbey, the monthly report of
Assessor and Collector C. S. Sanders was received and filed.

On motion of J. ?l. Chastain, all approved bills and accounts
were ordered paid.
On m6tion of Alderman J.''C. Godbey the Council adjourned
until of to consider r;J matters pending
or that may hereafter come before the Council.
