FOR THE PAYMENT OF SEWER BONDS

AN ORDINANCE MAKING PROVISSIONS FOR THE PAYMENT
OF THE PRINCIPAL AND INTEREST AS IT ACCRUE ON
THE CITY'S BOND KNOWN AS SEWER BONDS, AND
DECLARING AN EMERGANCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY 'XBE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEO-
GETOWN TF*S;
That for the year 1940, there is aprop4rated from
the general revenues derived from the apperation of the
Sewer System of the said city the sum of Four Thousand
($4000.00) Dollars, to the payment of the principal and
the interest as it accrue on that series of bonds of the said
City, known as "SEWER BONDS", and that the ►e continue to
be made for each year hereafter, until ordered changed or dis-
continued, by ordinance; or until other ade_quuiite provisions
have been made for the payment of the said bonds and interest.
That the necessity for making adequite provissions i
fol! the payment of the principal and the ineterest as it as-
crues upon the above mentioed bonds, creates an emergancy, and
public neo_ `slay that the rales pertaining to the redan of
ordinances at separate meetings before final passage, be suspend
ed, and it o ordered, and this ordinance will take effect from
and after its passage.
