AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN BY
DELETING ENGINEERING AND
CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS AND
ADOPTING CONSTRUCTION STAND-
ARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
ROADS, STREETS, STRUCTURES
AND UTILITIES.
WHEREAS, The City of Georgetown did adopt a Subdivision
Ordinance on the 19th day of May, 1977, and
WHEREAS, The City of Georgetown Subdivision Ordinance
includes Engineering and Construction Standards; Now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Georgetown,
Texas, that the Subdivision Ordinance of the City of Georgetown is
hereby amended by Deleting Engineering and Construction Standards
and Adopting Construction Standards and Specifications for Roads,
Streets, Structures and Utilities.
PASSED AND APPROVED on first reading this 1st day of April, 1982;
and passed and approved on second and final reading this 13th day of
April, 1982.
