A R1ESOLUTION INI'T'IATING ANNEXATION PROCEEDINGS
REbATIVE 'ro PROPERTY OWNED BY SUPERIOR STONE,. INC.,
BRYCO, GEORGETOWN RAILROAD, AND SUMMEY CORPORATION
LOCATED SOUTH AND CONTIGUOUS TO THE SOUTHERN CITY
LIMITS OF THE CITY OF GEORGFTOWN AND AUTHORIZING
THE MA)(OR TO SET TIME'S, DATES, AND PLACES ' FOR
PUBLIC HEARINGS REGARDING SUCH ANNEXATION.
WHEREAS, Superior Stone, Inc., Bryco, Georgetown Railroad
and Suminey Corporation, applicants, have requested the City 'of -
Georgetown to annex said applicant's property located contiguous
to tha southern boundaries of said City; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to such request the City Council of the
City of Georgetown deems it in said City's best interest to
00 initiate annexation proceedings relative to the annexation of

d" said property; and

Q WHEREAS, public hearings relative to such annexation and the
Q zoning on said property to be annexed must be held, all pursuant
to law;
NDW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Georgetown that proceedings for the annexation of
Superior Stone, Inc., Bryco, Georgetown Railroad and Suminey
Corporation property which is located south of said City and
contiguous to said City's boundary are hereby authorized and the
Mayor is hereby authorized to set the times, dates, and places
for the required public hearings relative thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this the 12 th day of
