SCINDING AWARD OF BID TO HARRY B. HILL
ON PARCEL G-1, SOUTH SAN GABRIEL URBAN
RENEWAL ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GEORGE-
TOWN, WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, in accordance with all state and local laws, separate sealed
bids on parcels of land located in the South San Gabriel Urban Renewal Add-
ition to the City of Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas, were advertised,
accepted, opened and read aloud. among such parcels being Parcel G-1;
and,
WHEREAS, by Resolution adopted November 14, 1978, such Parcel G-1
was awarded to harry B. Hill; and,
WHEREAS, since the awarding of the bid on such parcel to said Harry
B. Hill, circumstances have made it impossible for him to purchase such
parcel;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
r- Georgetown, Texas, that the awarding of the bid on such Parcel G-1 in the
tr South San Gabriel Urban Renewal Addition to the City of Georgetown, William-
son County, Texas, to Harry B. Hill be and the same is hereby rescinded.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of January, 1979.
