A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN,
TEXAS, RESCINDING AWARD OF BID TO PAT GUERRERO ON PARCEL J-8,
SOUTH SAN GABRI EL URBAN RENEWAL ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GEORGE-
TOWN, WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, in accordance with all state and local laws, separate sealed bids on
parcels of land located in the South San Gabriel Urban Renewal Adiition to the City of
Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas, were advertised, acepted and opened and read
aloud, among such parcels being Parcel J-8; and
WHEREAS, by Resolution adopted November 14, 1978, such Parcel J-8 was awarded
to Pat Guerrero; and
WHEREAS, since the awarding of the bid on such parcel to said Pat Guerrero,
circumstances have made it impossible for him to purchase such parcel; now therefore be it
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, that the awarding
of the bid on such parcel J-8 in the South San Gabriel Urban Renewal Addition to the City
of Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas, to Pat Guerrero be and the some is hereby
rescinded.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of December, 1978.
