WHEREAS, the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Georgetown, acting by and
through its Executive Director, has recommended acceptance of said bids; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds nothing objectionable concerning the prices and con-
ditions of such bids as submitted, and the recommendation of the Executive Director; now
therefore be it
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas:
That the prices and conditions of the bids made by the above named bidders are hereby
approved, subject, however, to formal approval of the Board of Commissioners of the Urban
Renewal Agency of the City of Georgetown, Texas, a copy of the Resolutions expressing
such approval to be furnished the City Council.
ADOPTED this 14th day of June, 1977.
