OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS,
AWARDING BIDS ON CERTAIN PARCELS OF
LAND IN THE SOUTH SAN GABRIEL URBAN
RENEWAL ADDITION TO SAID CITY.,
WHEREAS, in accordance with all state and local laws, separate
sealed bids on parcels of land located in the South San Gabriel Urban
Renewal Addition to the City of Georgetown, Texas, were advertised,
accepted and opened, and read aloud; and
WHEREAS, the procedure as set forth in a Resolution passed by
the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, on January 9, 1979,
has been followed: now therefore be it
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas,
that the following bids on parcels of land in the South San Gabriel
Urban Renewal Addition be awarded:
To Mrs. William E. Davis, Parcel No. S-13, for the sum of
$1, 250. 00, and Parcel No. S-14, for the sum of $1, 250. 00;
To Francisco Sanchez, Parc&l No. N-4, for the sum of $800. 00;
�? To Thomas P. Weith, Parcel No. A-12, for the sum of $7,560. 00;
To Wallace Luersen, for the lump sum bid of $14, 717. 00, the following
parcels: H-8, J-8, K-4, K-5, K-19, N-2, N-7, Q-1, Q-2, Q-3, Q-11,
Q-12, S-5, S-6, S-7, S-12, V-6, and W-6.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of March, 1979.
