Resolution
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN,
TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR, CITY MANAGER, AND SECRETARY OF
THE CITY COUNCIL OF SAID CITY TO EXECUTE A DEDICATION AND PLAT
OF A TRACT OF 1.33 ACRES IN THE SAID CITY, AND BEING PART OF OUT -
LOT 31, DIVISION "A", CITY OF GEORGETOWN, WILLIAMSON COUNTY,
TEXAS, AS SHOWN BY THE OFFICIAL MAP OF SAID CITY.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 11th day of January, 1977.

WHEREAS, the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Georgetown, Texas and Pearl
Perry Raum and Lester Anthony Raum are the owners of a tract of 1.33 acres, being part
of Outlot 31, Division "A", City of Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable that said tract of 1.33 acres be re -designated
as Block B of the South San Gabriel Urban Renewal Addition to the City of Georgetown,
Williamson County, Texas; that streets be dedicated for the public use; and that a plat of
said area containing field notes to the same be filed in the proper records in the County
Clerk's office in the Courthouse of Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that certain instruments setting forth the area to be designed
as Block B, South San Gabriel Urban Renewal Addition to the City of Georgetown, Williamson
County, Texas, be signed and executed by qualified officials of the City of Georgetown, the
same to contain such conditions and restrictions as set out and contained in the Urban Renewal
Plan, which is now of record in the Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas; now therefore

RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, that the Chairman

and Secretary of the Board of Commissioners of the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of
Georgetown, Texas, along with the other property owners mentioned above, owners of

that certain tract of land to be designated as Block B of the South San Gabriel Urban Renewal
Addition to the City of Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas, be and they are hereby
authorized to file for record in the Office of the County Clerk of Williamson County, Texas,
the map or plat of said tract attached hereto, and the said County Clerk of Williamson
County, Texas, is hereby authorized to accept for filing and to record said map of said
tract of land; and be it further
RESOLVED that the Mayor, City Manager, and Secretary of the City Council of the
City of Georgetown, Texas, be and they are hereby authorized to execute on behalf of
the City any and all instruments necessary to place on record a plat and dedication of
said 1.33 acres in the City of Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas, including the
necessary dedication of streets therein, and the inclusion of such conditions and/or restrictions as
may be necessary under the Urban Renewal Plan as heretofore adopted and recorded in the
Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas.
