BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS:
That the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Georgetown, Texas, Pearl Perry. Raum and
Lester Anthony Raum, owners of that certain tract of land designated as Block "B" of the South
San Gabriel Urban Renewal Addition to the City of .Georgetown, Texas, they are hereby
authorized to file for record in the office of the County Clerk of Williamson County, the Map
or Plat of said tract attached hereto, and the said County Clerk of Williamson County
is hereby authorized to accept for filing and to record said Map of said Tract of Land.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 11th day of January, 1977.

that the above and foregoing resolution is a true and correct exemplification of the
original resolution passed and adopted by the City Coun4il of the City of Georgetown,
Texas, at a regular meeting duly held at Georgetown, Texas, on the 11th day of
January, 1977, at which a quorum was present to certify which witness my official
hand and the corporate seal of said city.
