RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN,
TEXAS, APPROVING PRICES AND CONDITIONS OF BIDS BY WALLACE
LUERSEN FOR LOTS 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 12, BLOCK E, SOUTH SAN GAB-
RIEL URBAN RENEWAL ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, WILL
IAMSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, on the 25th day of June, 1976, the Urban Renewal Agency of the City
of Georgetown, received bids on the following parcels situated in the South San Gabriel
Urban Renewal Project Tex R-102:

WHEREAS, the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Georgetown, acting by and
through its Executive Director, has recommended acceptance of said bids; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds nothing objectionable concerning the prices and
conditions of said bids as submitted, and the recommendation of the Executive Director
of Urban Renewal Agency; now therefore be it
RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS:
That the prices and conditions set forth in the above bids for the parcels listed are
hereby approved, subject, however, to formal approval of the Board of Commissioners
of the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Georgetown, a copy of the Resolution expressing
such approval to be furnished the City Council.
ADOPTED this 13th day of July, 1976.
