RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS,
APPROVING THE PRICE AND CONDITIONS OF BID BY JAMES E. LYONS, JR.,
FOR LOT 14, BLOCK E, SOUTH SAN GABRIEL URBAN RENEWAL ADDITION TO
THE CIN 'OF GEORGETOWN, WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Georgetown, Texas, on the 23rd
day of April, 1976, .received a bid on the following parcel situated in the South San Gabriel
Urban Renewal Project, Tex R-102:

E-14 James E. Lyons, Jr. $4,200.00
MINIMUM ACCEPTABLE PRICE
$4,200.00
WHEREAS, the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Georgetown, acting by and
through its Executive Director, has recommended acceptance of said bid; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds nothing objectionable concerning the price and
conditions of said bid as submitted, and the recommendation of the Executive Director of
the Urban Renewal Agency; now therefore be it
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas:
That the price and conditions set forth in the above bid for the parcel listed are hereby
approved, subject, however, to formal approval of the Board of Commissioners of the Urban
Renewal Agency of the City of Georgetown, a copy of the Resolution expressing such approval
to be furnished the City Council.
Adopted this 10th day of May, 1976.
