RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS,
ACCEPTING A DEED EXECUTED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY OF THE
URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, CONVEYING
THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A" HERETO ATTACHED TO THE CITY OF
GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, FOR PUBLIC USE ONLY, FOR THE SUM OF $10.00
WHEREAS, a Resolution was adopted on April 13, 1968, by the City Council of the
City of Georgetown, Texas, approving the Urban Renewal Plan for said City; and
WHEREAS, said Plan calls for certain portions of land to be dedicated to the Public; and
WHEREAS, the property described in Exhibit "A" hereto attached is a portion of such
land to be dedicated to the Public; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, deems it advisable
to accept a deed executed by the Chairman and Secretary of the Urban Renewal Agency of
the City of Georgetown, Texas, conveying such property described in Exhibit "A" hereto
attached, to the City of Georgetown, Texas, and to agree that such property shall be devoted
to public purposes only, and pay for the some the consideration of $10.00; now therefore be it
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas:
That the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, does hereby accept a deed
executed by the Chairman and Secretary of the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Georgetown,
Texas, conveying the property described in Exhibit "A" hereto attached, to the City of George-
town, Texas, for the sum of $10.00, such property to be used for public purposesonly.
