TO ENTER INTO A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE WILLIAMSON COUNTY
SHERIFF'S POSSE
WHEREAS, the City Manager of Georgetown, Texas, Leo Wood, has brought
to the attention of the City Council of Georgetown that the Williamson County
Sheriff's Posse desires to enter into a lease agreement with the City of Georgetown,
for the leasing of certain property and upon the terms and conditions as set forth
in said agreement dated the 8th day of March, 1977, a copy of which is attached hereto
and made a part of this resolution and which is identified as "Exhibit A"; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Georgetown deems it advisable
to enter into such lease agreement with the Williamson County Sheriff's Posse:
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor of the City of Georgetown
Texas, is hereby authorized to enter into said lease agreement with the Williamson
County Sheriff's Posse upon the terms and conditions as stated.
