A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN,
TEXAS, APPROVING PRICE AND CONDITIONS OF A BID BY F. L. TONN ON
THE NW 1/4 (90'x 120') OF BLOCK 8, RUCKER AND HODGES ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TEXAS (TO BE
KNOWN AS A PART OF BLOCK K, SOUTH SAN GABRIEL URBAN RENEWAL
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TEXAS,
AFTER RE -PLATTING).
WHEREAS, on the 14th day of February, 1977, the Urban Renewal Agency of the
City of Georgetown, Texas, received a bid on Parcel K-2, being the NW 1/4 of Block 8,
Rucker and Hodges Addition to the City of Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas (to be
known as a part of Block K, South San Gabriel Urban Renewal Addition to the City of
Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas, after re -platting), said bid being the only bid
received for such parcel, and being made by F. L. Tonn in the sum of $1,425.00, equal
to the Minimum Acceptable Price for such lot, and
WHEREAS, the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Georgetown, acting by
and through its Executive Director, has recommended acceptance of said bid; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds nothing objectionable concerning the price
and conditions of said bid as submitted, and the recommendation of said Executive Director,
now therefore be i t
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas:
That the price and conditions of the bid of F. L. Tonn for such parcel are hereby
approved, subject, however, to formal approval of the Board of Commissioners of the Urban
Renewal Agency of the City of Georgetown, Texas, a copy of the Resolution expressing
such approval to be furnished the City Council.
ADOPTED this 8th day of March 1977.
