RESOLUTION VACATING AND ABANDONING UTILITY EASEMENTS
ON DIVIDING LINE BETWEEN LOTS 15 AND 16, OAK CREST
ESTATE, UNIT
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City of Georgetown, Texas, by Walter
Peterson and wife, Verna Peterson, the present owners of both Lots 15 and 16, Block 1,
Oak Crest Estates, -Unit I, as relected in the map or plat records of Williamson County,
Texas, of record in Volume 5, Page 5, of said records; and,
WHEREAS, such petition recites that there is a need to have said utility easement
abandoned and vacated so that a permanent dwelling may be placed in the center of said
Lots 15 and 16; and,
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council that the vacating and abandonment of such
utility easement will in no way impair the City or others from serving utilities in said sub-
division or elsewhere:
THEREFORE, BE I T RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Georgetown
does hereby VACATE AND ABANDON the utility easements now existing, being a strip
10 feet in width, 5 feet on each side of the dividing line of Lots 15 and 16, Block 1, of
said subdivision.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS
That J. T. Parker, Jr., Annie E. Parker, Harold S. Parker, Peggy M. Parker, Ralph Parker,
Pegee N. Parker, Vivian N. Dunman, Cecil Dunman, Donald E. Parker, Irene C. Parker,
J. C. Pollard, Jr., Ruth S. Pollard, Enna Rydstrand, Jr. and Lillian Rydstrand, Owners of the
hereon described subdivision to be known as River Bend, Unit Four, are hereby authorized to
file for record in the Office ,of the County Clerk of Williamson County, Texas, the plat of said
subdivision attached hereto, -and the County -Clerk of Williamson County, is hereby authorized to
file for record this plat of land.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this the 12th day of January, 1976.
