AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOrrN, TEXAS, 'PROVIDING
THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF GEORGETOWN TEXAS,
BE AMENDED BY REVISING SECTION 23-1 (D -5)(a U2% Sanitary
Landfill Use.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS:
Section 1. That Section 23-1(D),(5)(a)(1 & 2)9 Sanitary Landfill
Use, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Georgetoa►n# Texas, be
amended so that such section shall read as follows&
(5) Sanitary Landfill Use: The following fee rates pea loqd or unit
shall be eolledted by the City Manager or his delegate, for the City of
Gdorgetown, Texas, for the use of the landfill sanitary disposal facility
of the City of Georgetown, Texas=
(a) A11 refuse except as otherwise hereinafter enumerated:
(1) Private passenger autboobile and pickup trucks
up to and including 3/4rton standard beds..........$ 10.00
(2) All other trucks, trailers or other vehicles,
per cubic yard ..................................... 3.00
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
Frith this ordinance is hereby repealed.
READ, PASSED AND APPROVED On the first reading this 10th. day of
May, 1983,
