Re it ordained, by tke City Council of the City, of George - tow 9 eorge- toma, Texas:-- See. exas:-- See. 1. That to meet the current exlense of the City of GeorCetovm, Texas, and to carry on the City Government of said City for the year of 1911, there ms mere and now levied and shall be collected an annual ad valorem tax of Twenty-five cents on the (100.00 assessed valuation for tre year of 1911 of all real and personal property and estate in the City of Georgetown, Texas, not exempt from taxation by tke Constitution end laws of tke State of Texas. See. 2. That to work, grade and improve the streets of the City of Georgetown, Texas, for the year of 1911, there is here and now levied and shall be collected an annual ad valorem tax of Fifteen centd on the #100.00 assessed valuation for tine year of 1911 of all real and personal property and estate in the City of Georgetown, Texas, not exempt from taxation b* tke Constituti- tion and lases of the State of Texas. See. 3. That for the support and maintenance of the Public Free School In the Cit,,r of Georgetown, Texas, for the year of 19119 avid as determined according to law by an election hereto- fore held in said City for said purpose, there in here and now i levied and shall be collectedz an annual ad valorem tax of Twen- ty-five center on the $100.00 assessed valuation for the year of 1911 of all real and personal property and estate,in the City of Georgetown, Texas, not exempt from Taxation by the Constitution and Laws of the State of Texas, and the amount of taxes collected as provided for in this section shall constitute a separate fund and shall be used for no other purpose than that herein speci- fied. / See.4. That to ay the interest and create a sinking fund to meet the $131,000.00 in the bonds of this City known as "City of Georgetown Refunding School House Runds30as evidenced h•y 13 $1000.00 unpaid bonds, issued for this T urpose of refunding, c8n- celing and in lieu of certain bonds known as "Public School Buil. ding Bonds" as shown by ordinance of this City passed and ap- proved on lay. 13th, 1905, suck ordinance being Sections 117 t• 1299 inclusive, of tke Revised Civil and Criminal Ordinances of Van City of Georgetown, Texas, and as provided in said ordinance, tkere is here and now levied and shall be collected for the year 1911 as annual ad valorem tax of Riekt cents on the $100.00as- sessed valuation for tine year of 1911 of all real and personal property and estate in the City of Georgetown, Texas, not exempt from taxation by the Constitution and Laws of tke State of Tex- as, and tke amount of taxes collected under the provisions of tk this Section shall constitute a special fund and small be used for no other purpose than that herein specified. . TkAt to pay the Interest and create a sinking fund to most the $'$NIRO#z*S329000.00 in the bonds of the City known as the "City of Georgetown Waterworks Rands" as evidenced by 32 #1,000.00 unpaid bonds', issued for the purpose of constructing a waterworks plant in said City as shown by ordinance of this City passed and approved on the lAth da,r of Oe: t obe r, A .D . ,1910, such ori dixance being of record in Minute Rook No. 2 of said City on pages 72-73-74,and as provided In said ordinance there is here and now levied and shall be collected for the year of 1911an annual ad valorem tax of Twelve cents on the $100.00 assessed z valuation for the year of 1911 of all real and personal property and estate in the City of Georgetown, Texas, not exempt from taxation by the Constitution and Laws of the State of Texas, and the amount of taxes collected under the provisions of this Sec- tion shall constitute a separate fund and shall be used for no other purpose than that herein specified. See. 6. That to pay the interest and create a sinking fund to meet the $139000.00 in the bonds of this City known as "City of Georgetown Electrics Light Bonds" as evidenced by the 13 $1004 00 unpaid Bands Issued for the purpose of eonstruetkng an elee- trie light plant In said City as shown by the ordinance of this City passed and approved on the 13th day of October,A.D.014109 such ordinance being of record to Minute Book leo. 2 of sAid City on pages 74-75-76, and as provided in said ordinance, there is kers and now levied and shall be collected for the year 1911 as annual ad valorem tea of Five Cents on the $100.00 assessed val- uationfor the year of 1911 of all real and personal property and estate in the City of Georgetown, Texas,not exempt from taxation try the Constitution and Laws of the State of Taxes, and the a- mount of taxes collected ander the provisions of tkis Section shall constitute a separate hand and shall be used for no other purpose than that herein specified.
