Be it ordained by tke City Council of the City of George- town, Texas. Lat. Tkat it shall be unlawful for any person under the age of seventeen years to ruA,operate or drive any automobile,notor cycle or other motor vehicle over, across or along any public street or alley in tke City of Georgetown, Texas. 2nd. Tkat it skall be unlawful for tkwewnwo,or any person in ekarge or control of any automobile, motor cycle or etker mo - torz vekiole to knowingly permit, allow or cause any person un- der tke age od seventeen ►ears to run, operate or drive such ::� atitezxobile, motor cycle or otter motor vehicle over, aeross or -along any public street, read or alley is tke City of Goorgetown, Itexas. 3rd/ Any person violating any of tke provisions of tkis ordinance skall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be pacnlsked by a fine of not less than five dollars and not more tkan one kundred dollars.
