CERTAIN STREETS IN THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
PROVISIONS OF THE SIDEW_kLK ORDINANCE PASSED AND APPROVED ON DE-
CEMER lltk, 1905.
Be it ordained by tke City Council of tke City of George-
town, Texas.
Tkat it is hereby ordered by tke City Council of tie City
of Georgetown, Texas, acting under tke provisions of an ordinance
providing for tke constructio; etc., of sidewalks in said City,
passe& and approved on tke lltk day of Deeember,1905,tkat side-
walks be constructed on tke West side of Ckurck strees from Uni-
versity Awenue,or E. 12tk street, to San Gabriel,•r F. 7tk,street
and on tke East side of said Ckurek street from University Ave-
nue, or E. 12tk street, to Rolling, or E. 4tk street.
Tkat said sidewalks be constructed of cement in accordance
•oritk tke specifications provided in said sidewalk ordinance for
• cement sidewalks, suck specifications beim; class No. 1 in said
ordinance; said sidewalks to be four feet wide; no curb skall be
required in said sidewalk; in all etker particulars spid side-
walks skall be constructed in accordance witk tke terms and pro-
visions of said sidewalk ordinance.
